Special Delivery Guarantee

We know that every Zoeyoey delivery is a special delivery, so we guarantee that your order will arrive on time, every time. If your roses arrive late, we will be happy to issue a refund except in cases of extreme weather, natural disasters*, or any act of God.



*COVID-19 is considered a natural disaster and might slow delivery times slightly. We use third party carriers for shipping, and they are experiencing a bit of a slow-down. We recommend ordering early just in case. We also provide local hand delivery in Southern California. We stand by the delivery guarantee for local delivery even during COVID, as we know our drivers will take extra care to get you your special delivery on time.
